CompletedThe store’s back exit needed an alarmed panic bar. We installed an Alarm Lock 700 exit alarm bar and kept it on the store’s existing master key, so their current keys still work.
BeforeAfterEmployees couldn’t open this back exit for months. That’s a safety hazard and an automatic inspection fail. We put in a new steel door, cut it to fit the old frame, and added a new panic bar, door closer, continuous hinge, door sweep, and lever trim.

AfterThe door kept binding and hitting the frame instead of closing, so the store couldn’t secure it. We installed a continuous hinge and reset the door’s position. Now it swings smoothly and closes on its own.
I was in a pinch traveling for work and needed to get a building emptied out but didn’t have the keys with me. Gave Daniel a call and he was able to make it out to me in less than an hour. Very quick to respond as well as get scheduled and amazing customer service. Will be using in the future for any locksmith servicing in the DFW area.
