What we did
The old back door at this TitleMax store in Dallas was worn out. Employees couldn't get it open, so the store had an exit door nobody could use.
Fixing parts on a door that far gone would not last. So we took the old door out and put in a new hollow metal door. We undercut it so it fits the old frame and clears the floor.
Then we put in all new hardware: a panic bar so people can push the door open fast, a door closer so it shuts on its own, a continuous hinge so it won't sag, a door sweep at the bottom, and lever trim on the outside.
We did it all in one visit. Now the door works like it should, and the store has a safe exit again.
