- Always keep a spare key
- Do not leave the car running with the keys inside ! Majority of cars automatically lock after a few minutes.
- If you happen to have a keyless entry lock check the battery life every few months.
- Always take a key with you, even if you have a keypad installed.
- If a lock is beginning to show signs of wear & stiffness, call a licensed professional at your earliest convenience so you could prevent an unwanted Lockout
